Joomla sites need regular offsite backup of both the site database and files and folders. Don't depend on your webhost for your backups because, if your server crashes or is hacked into, those backups might be damaged or compromised.

Note: Signing up for one of our backup packages is required if you want us to work on your site and your site is on another server.
