Webpages are called Articles in Joomla. You can create new Articles online in the Article Manager. |

How to Add a New Joomla Article Click on Article Manger on the Content Menu. This opens up the Article Manager which is a list of all the Articles currently in your Joomla website. You can filter the list with the "Select Section" and "Select Category" dropdowns. Click the "New" button to start a new article. |

Writing a New Joomla Article An Article layout can be simple or complex, depending on what you want to accomplish for your website and your skill level. The Article screen should have an "editor" which are the rows of buttons above the blank content area. Your selection of buttons may be different than those shown below - see our section on using the Article editor for more on this. |

The help button brings up a help page with detailed information about the Article screen.
