How To Retrieve FacileForms Submissions

FacileForms emails form submissions to you. However you may find that sometimes the emails get spammed out of your inbox and end up in your junk or spam folder. To enable reliable inbox delivery you may need to add a pass thru filter to your email program to send any email containing the word "FacileForms". If the email is being forwarded from another account (such as Gmail), set up the pass thru filter for that email address as well.

All successful submissions are also stored in FacileForms on your website, so if all else fails you can login and copy out the submitted data.

How to login and find FacileForms submissions:

1. Login to your Joomla Admin area.
2. On the main menu, go to Components > FacileForms > Manage Records.
   3. All submitted records are listed, oldest first. To view a record to copy out the data just double click on a particular entry.
   4. You can paste it into an empty text file to save it.
   5. To clean up the records list you can archive old submissions by clicking the checkbox for one or multiple records and then clicking the Archived button.
